Cuttlefish with Kuzbariyya (Herb Sauce)
Ingredients
  • 1kg cleaned cuttlefish
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for brushing

  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 green chilli, seeded
  • 2cm (10g) fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs chardonnay vinegar
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 100ml sesame oil
  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 100g mixed herb leaves (we used coriander, flat-leaf parsley and mint)
