  • Spread 2tbsp tomato sauce on top of the potato pancake
  • 35g bacon crumbles
  • 30g Chopped yellow pepper
  • 30g Chopped red pepper
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cook for another 5 to 8 minutes
  • Parsley (optional)
