A Cous-Cous Spring Salad W/ Avocado, Pomegranate & a Honey-Sesame Dressing
Ingredients
  • 3 handful salad of choice
  • 60 to 80 g cooked cous-cous
  • ½ small avocado
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp sancha inchi nuts, crushed (preferably roasted)
  • (if you don’t have sancha inchi nuts on hand you might as well use almonds or pecan nuts)
