A surprisingly delicious pâté; the lemon juice and thyme add wonderful flavor.  This recipe quadruples just fine. I love this pâté eaten with apple slices, mozzarella cheese, or rolled up in salami with mozzarella cheese and watercress.

Ingredients
  • 1 Chicken Liver
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbs Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Thyme
  • Pinch of Garlic Powder
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp of salt
