  • ⅓ head red cabbage, julienned
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots, julienned
  • 1 small red onion, cut in ¼” rings
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced ¼” thick
  • 1 cup pitted black olives
  • Whole pickled pepperoncini
  • Olive Garden brand croutons.
