Kim’s Smoked Three Cheese Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
- 8 jalapeños, halved
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar
- ½ cup Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp roasted garlic powder (I used Penzey’s)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 16 slices of Kirkland pre-cooked bacon
- Toothpicks soaked in water for 1 hour.
Steps
- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and ribs.
- Mix cream cheese through pepper in a medium bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with cheese mixture.
- Wrap each jalapeño half with two slices of bacon, using toothpicks to secure in place.
- Preheat Traeger to 375° for approx 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook poppers 15 to 20 minutes until bacon is crispy and filling is bubbling.
Notes
- If you don’t have precooked bacon, cook regular bacon about halfway, so that it’s still slightly bendable.
