Roasted cabbage

Cut into wedges….large head of green cabbage. 2 large organic onions, 4 large organic gala apples with the skins on,

and carrots strips done with potato peeler….I put olive oil on the foil that lines the broiler pan……and mix the veges in it, and roast 400 degrees . I turn the after 10 to 15 minutes baking, and bake 15 to 20 more till tender and a little browned. I put my oven on convection

Mode, as it roasts veges crisper…. This is really tasty..the combination
