Low-Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of strong, hot coffee
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, or ¾ cup heavy cream, or a combination
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoons canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, OR 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix (recipe below)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Trim Healthy Mama Sweet Blend (more to taste if you have a sweet tooth);
  • 1 dash of pure vanilla extract
