Hummus Cheatini

Ingredients
  • 8 oz chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon tahini or cheatini (1 tsp smooth peanut butter, 2 teaspoons sesame seed oil)
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • drop of garlic juice
  • generous tablespoon of olive oil
  • sprinkle of smoked paprika for garnishing
  •  
  • chips for dipping
Steps
  1. puree chickpeas, adding tahini/cheatini
  2. stir in garlic and lemon juice
  3. top with olive oil and smoked paprika
  4. chill and serve with chips
