⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 14.5oz cans chicken broth

Salt & pepper to taste

subheading: Add after cooking:

1 cup milk

1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch

½ cup sour cream

shredded cheddar, cooked bacon and chopped chives optional
