Ingredients
  • 4 Cups Chicken, shredded
  • ½ Cup Red onion, Diced
  • ½ Cup Apple, Diced
  • ⅔ Cup Grapes, Halved
  • ⅔ Cup 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and  mix together
  2. Serve on a bed of lettuce OR
  3. Serve as a sandwich on Whole Wheat or Whole Grain bread with lettuce
