Only four ingredients are needed to make this hearty Italian inspired chicken dinner. Serve with rice and a tossed salad. (Instead of rice, some used BN Squash noodles or pasta) Some reviews were bland, so spice it up.
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (or thighs can be used as well)
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained (or even better: kalamata olives)
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained (some thought this a strange addition, but it seems to work. Some suggested rice isn't needed because of the beans, instead of rice, some used Pasta or Butternut squash noodles)
- 1 (26.5 ounce) can roasted garlic flavored spaghetti sauce
Note: Ingredients may have been altered from the original.
