2 - 16oz pkg frozen sliced peaches 2 - 16oz pkg frozen sliced peaches
1 - 12 oz can Sprite 1 - 12 oz can Sprite
2 - boxes of yellow cake mix 2 - boxes of yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, cubed 1 stick butter, cubed
½ C brown sugar ½ C brown sugar
Vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip Vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip

Ignite 24 charcoal briquettes, while waiting for them to be ready (edges are white)
1. Thaw the frozen peaches, when room temperature, empty into the Dutch oven
2. Pour Sprite over the peaches
3. Pour in the yellow cake mixes (don’t stir)
4. Sprinkle brown sugar over cake mix
5. Top with butter cubes
6. Cover with Dutch oven lid
7. Place the Dutch oven over 12 hot briquettes and put 12 hot briquettes on the lid.
8. Bake 45 min, rotating Dutch oven and lid half way thru baking.
9. Serve warm, topped with ice cream or Cool Whip.
