Ingredients
  • Chewy, wonderful bagels. I topped with everything but the bagel, which has 80 mg sodium, because the rest of our breakfast was really low in sodium, but chopped onion would work just as well, no sodium.
  • 1 cup of flour (I used ½ white, ½ white whole wheat) ½ tsp yeast, ½ tsp baking powder, 1 egg, ½ cup Greek yogurt. Blend, spray bowl and dough with a little olive oil, cover, proof 30 minutes in a warm place. Divide in 4, shape, boil 1 minute per side, dip in egg white, season, bake 375 for 15 minutes
