Homemade High Protein Granola (Cereal with Nuts)
Ingredients
  • 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

  • ¾ cup protein powder
  • ½ cup ground flax seed

  • ¼ cup cinnamon
  • ½ Tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½ Tbsp coconut oil
  • ¾ to 1 cup dried cranberries- DO NOT BAKE
  • can sub. for raisins or chopped dates
