  • 2 cups non-dairy milk of choice
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Nonstick spray

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds (for a big nutrient boost!)
  • Small pinch of salt

  • 1 13.5 oz can coconut cream, chilled overnight*
