WW bean and lentil salad

  1. 1 can each; drained and rinsed - lentils, black beans, white beans, corn, chickpeas
  2. Spices; salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, chilli powder, mixed with fresh lemon juice and white wine vinager, enough to dress the salad
  3. Fresh herbs; dill, parsley, cilantro, green onion Also added a handful of coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage, carrot mix)
  4. Mix well! Tastes best when you let it sit over night. Adjust with more lemon, salt and pepper when you eat per serving
