- 1 cup yellow onion finely diced
- ¾ cup plain bread crumbs
- ½ cup tomato sauce (or ketchup)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. half and half
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
