Pork Floss Sponge Cake

Ingredients
  • Whole egg 115g
  • Sugar 55g I used japanese sugar
  • Cake flour 50g
  • Milk 30g
  • Coconut oil 20g
  • Floss and sesame ..amount up to u
  •  
  • Egg and sugar beaten until very pale and ribbon stage
  • Sift in cake flour in 2 batches and cautiously fold into the batter
  • Mix well milk and oil then take a scoop of batter and mix well into it. Pour back into rest of batter and fold well.
  • Pour into pan and sprinkle entire top with floss and sesame
  •  
  • Bake at 170c for around 20min until golden brown on top. Mid way adjust to 160 to prevent cracking
