Ingredients
- Whole egg 115g
- Sugar 55g I used japanese sugar
- Cake flour 50g
- Milk 30g
- Coconut oil 20g
- Floss and sesame ..amount up to u
- Egg and sugar beaten until very pale and ribbon stage
- Sift in cake flour in 2 batches and cautiously fold into the batter
- Mix well milk and oil then take a scoop of batter and mix well into it. Pour back into rest of batter and fold well.
- Pour into pan and sprinkle entire top with floss and sesame
- Bake at 170c for around 20min until golden brown on top. Mid way adjust to 160 to prevent cracking
