Chocolate Fruit Protein Smoothie - E Friendly

Ingredients
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • ½ banana(s) frozen
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Steps
  1. Add ingredients to a blender in order they are listed for optimal blending.
  2. Blend until smooth.
Notes
  • You may need to stop, scrape the sides of the blender, then restart.
  • If too thick, add ½ cup of water and blend.
