Better than take out stir fry
Ingredients
  • 4oz soy curls or 1 block extra firm tofu (see different instructions for tofu)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp corn starch or potato starch ½ cup water
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
  • subheading: For the sauce:
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar or ACV
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 to 2 tbsp sugar or other sweetener
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp tsp ground ginger or grated fresh ginger
  • subheading: Vegetables:
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • ½ bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ broccoli, chopped
