Ingredients
  • 2 sticks butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 Cups white granulated sugar
  • ⅓ of a cup Molasses(store it at room temperature, if you store it in the fridge, you will have one hell of a time pouring it)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 3 ½ cups Oats(Quaker Oats are great, but so are the generic or store brand oats)
  • 1 normal sized bag of butterscotch chips(they're just like chocolate chips, but butterscotch instead of chocolate) if you want to save money, you don't have to add these, but you really should add them, I personally think they make these cookies a million times better and are well worth the extra couple of bucks.
