Ingredients
  • 150 g (5.2 oz) all-purpose gluten-free flour + extra for dusting
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp Himalayan or mineral salt
  • 1 tsp psyllium husks
  • 250 g (8.8 oz) unsweetened coconut yoghurt
  • 1 to 2 tsp coconut oil, melted for brushing
