  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 8 tablespoons (113g) unsalted butter, cold, cut into pats
  • 1 ½ cups (340g) milk, cold
  • note: OT Bakewell Cream Baking Powder; just plain Bakewell Cream
