  • 2  tsp  dried thyme
  • 2  tsp  dried sage
  • 1  tsp  dried rosemary
  • 3  bay leaves
  • 1 ½  tsp  whole peppercorns

  • 2 Tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tsp liquid aminos
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp each minced fresh rosemary, parsley leaves and thyme (or ¼ tsp poultry seasoning)
