1/2 c.Favorite cheese ½ c.Favorite cheese
1/4 c. Skim milk or non fat half and half ¼ c. Skim milk or non fat half and half
1/2 tsp. Salt ½ tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper ¼ tsp. Pepper

Crumble and evenly distribute bacon and then cheese in the 7 pods.
Add eggs, milk/cream and salt to the blender and blend until smooth.
Divvy the mixture evenly into the 7 pods.
Add 1 c. Water into the bottom of the instant pot.
Carefully place the trivet and the mold into the Instant pot.
Place the cover on the instant pot and cook on “Steam” setting for 8 minutes. Let NPR for 10 minutes then QR.
