  • 1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds cod or other firm white fish, cut into bite-size pieces
  • Chopped fresh dill and chives, for garnish
