  • 10 oz. short pasta such as: ditalini, elbow macaroni, small bow tie pasta, small penne or any other shape. If you have whole grain pasta as a zero point food, you can use whole grain pasta to keep the points lower. You can use gluten-free pasta, for a gluten-free option.
  • 1   (14 oz.) package coleslaw mix
  • 2 medium scallions, finely chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, finely chopped
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • subheading: Dressing  Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Light Kraft mayo
  • ¼ cup white granulated sweetener  - I use Lakanto classic monkfruit
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • subheading: Additional optional ingredients:
  • 1 medium green peppers, diced
  • ½ medium English cucumber, finely sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
