Hummingbird Cake

I'm fairly new to the cooking community... and I love it! I'm a stay-at-home dad due to being disabled and I'm looking to learn whatever I can about cooking and baking. These recipes are not mine!

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

3 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

3 (about 2 cups) ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup roasted pecans, finely chopped
