BUTTER CHICKEN
HIGH PROTEIN MEAL PREP zack.chug
Ingredients
  • 600g raw chicken breast and dice
  • season with lemon juice
  • 100g low fat Greek yogurt,
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, paprika, garam masala!!
  • mix together & cook on medium heat in pan for 10 to 15 mins. Remove chicken
  •  
  • Then add
  • 1 Tbsp light butter
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • Chopped onion
  • 1 Tsp garam masala
  • 1 Tbsp turmeric
  • 150g tomato purée
  • 50g low fat cream
  • Add cooked chicken
  • Stir together and let it simmer and finish with coriander
  • Serve with rice

  • The ingredients used in this is to make one big meal prep to then portion equally into 5 servings!!
