HIGH PROTEIN MEAL PREP zack.chug
Ingredients
- 600g raw chicken breast and dice
- season with lemon juice
- 100g low fat Greek yogurt,
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, paprika, garam masala!!
- mix together & cook on medium heat in pan for 10 to 15 mins. Remove chicken
- Then add
- 1 Tbsp light butter
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- Chopped onion
- 1 Tsp garam masala
- 1 Tbsp turmeric
- 150g tomato purée
- 50g low fat cream
- Add cooked chicken
- Stir together and let it simmer and finish with coriander
- Serve with rice
