Lablabi (Tunisian Chickpea Stew)
Ingredients

  • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 to 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • Kosher salt, divided
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon harissa paste, more for later
  • 2 lemons
  • ½ cup roughly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 2 green onions, trimmed and chopped (both white and green parts)
