Zero Carb Tuna cakes

Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Can of Tuna
  • 1 cup Pork Rinds ground
  • Dash of onion Powder
Steps
  1. Can of tuna drained. 2 eggs beaten. Approximately a cup of pork rinds ground up (or enough to bind it) and a dash of onion powder. Make into patties and fry in bacon grease til browned on both sides.
