  • 2 tsp fast action dried yeast (or 42g fresh if using)
  • 2 tbsp Salt (unrefined)

  • 3 tbsp Baking Soda (or lye if your using it)

  • Unrefined salt (Rock/ sea salt) or cheese & ham cubes
