Ingredients
- 2 lbs macaroni
- ¾ cup butter
- ¾ cup flour
- 6 cups milk
- 8 cups extra sharp cheddar
- 1 cup Yancey's Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheddar
- 1 ¾ T salt
- 1 T pepper
Steps
- 1. Cook macaroni
- 2. In a big stock pot, make a roux with the flour & butter.
- 3. Add milk, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Add cheese, stirring consistently until cheese is melted.
- 5. Add macaroni to cheese sauce in pot; mix together to coat macaroni.
- 6. Pour macaroni into greased baking pan and top with breadcrumbs. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes-1 hour, depending on dish size.
