  • ⅔ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of a lemon
  • ⅔ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅔ cup fresh blueberries
