Flan
Ingredients
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 cans sweet and condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ Tbsp corn starch
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ⅛ cup water (or more depending)
  •  
  • (Double for regular size pan, 1 and a half for small pan)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine one can of evaporated milk, one can of sweetened condensed milk in blender. Fill the SCM can with regular milk and add. Add 6 eggs. Add all in blender. Add a dash of cornstarch. Add sugar and water to sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let boil till it turns brown and sugar is dissolved. Poor in bottom of Bundt pan. Roll pan around to coat edges until liquid is hardened. Place Bundt pan in bowl of water (make sure it can go in the oven) and Pour blended mixture in pan. Bake for 1 hour.
