  • 2 tablespoon dried organic pink rose petals
  • ½ cup rose persian fairy floss
  • Mascarpone filling
  • 250 gram mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoon rosewater
  • 100 gram rose turkish delight, chopped coarsely
  • ½ centimetre thickened cream
