Tandoori Masala Chickpea & Quinoa Burgers with Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
  • 1 to 29 Ounce Can of Chickpeas (plus ¼ C Aquafaba)
  • 1 C Cooked Quinoa
  • ½ Onion (Rough Chopped)
  • 1 inch Ginger Root (Peeled & Rough Chopped)
  • 3 Garlic clove (rough chopped)
  • note: Optional- 1 Tablespoon Oil (Avocado, Grapeseed or Coconut Oil) This can be omitted for a NO OIL RECIPE
  • 1 Tablespoon Tandoori Masala Spice Plus 1 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
  • tt  Pepper
  • ½ C Gluten Free Flour
  • Humburger Buns
  • Optional Toppings: Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese, Red Onions, Sprouts or Avocado
