Strawberry yogurt marshmallows
Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp grass fed gelatin
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Steps
  1. Add strawberries and water to a saucepan and simmer until boiling.
  2. Gradually add gelatin a little bit at time while stirring to prevent clumping.
  3. Simmer for a couple of minutes while stirring. Turn off stove and allow to cool.
  4. Once cooled down, add strawberry mixture into a blender with Greek yogurt and purée.
  5. Pour purée into a glass container or silicone molds and refrigerate until 100% firm. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
  6. Store in the refrigerator.
