Salted Caramel Pumpkin Dip (Vegan, Oil-Free, Refined Sugar Free)
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups dates* (soaked in hot water 10 minutes and drained)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 to 2 tbsp plant-based milk, if needed, try to use as little as possible
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ to ½ tsp sea salt or pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice** + ¼ tsp extra cinnamon
