Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups warm milk
  • 1 pkg active dry yeast
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 T unsalted butter, softened
Steps
  1. Mix warm milk and yeast together and set aside.
  2. Mix together flour, salt and sugar in mixer bowl.
  3. Pour in yeast and milk mixture and mix until dough ball forms.
  4. Add softened butter and mix until dough is soft.
  5. Place in oiled bowl, cover and let sit for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out dough into rectangle shape. Roll up from short end into a loaf. Place in oiled loaf pan. Let rise 45 min.
  7. Bake 350 for 30 min.
