Oven-Barbecued Beef Brisket

  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • ⅓ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 to 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 4 teaspoons canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
