Ingredients
  • This kit comes together with four fruity ingredients, plus a liquid of your choice and a dash of turmeric when it's time to blend. Here's what you'll need.

  • mango pineapple banana fresh ginger
  • subheading: Before adding the ingredients, I think it's most helpful to label the bag with the name of the smoothie and what you'll need to add when you blend it up (more on that below!). For each smoothie kit, to a freezer bag add the following ingredients:
  • About ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ sliced banana
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  •  
  • If you want to keep things as quick and convenient as possible, start with a few bags of frozen fruit from the grocery store. Or if you prefer to start fresh, cut up the selection of fresh fruit, then freeze on a baking sheet before assembling the kits. Remember you can also wash and reuse your freezer bags.
