Cotton cheese cake
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 yolks
  • Corn Oil 88 gm
  • Cake flour 105gm
  • Fresh Milk 70gm
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 slice
  • Cheddar cheese 4 slices
  •  
  • 5 egg whites (whisk )
  • Castor sugar 88gm
  • Salt 1 gm
  •  
  • Topping Shredded Cheese 30 gms
Steps
  1. 1. Beat 2 eggs, 5 yolks, fresh milk & corn oil. Mixed well
  2. 2. Add in sifted cake flour and shredded cheddar cheese (1 slice) and stir till smooth
  3. 3. In another bowl whisk egg white, with salt and add in sugar till soft peaks.
  4. 4. Scoop meringue to yolk mixture in 3 rounds till evenly mixed.
  5. 5. Pour half mixture into a lined baking tin, and lay 4 pieces of cheddar cheese evenly, pour rest of the batter on it.
  6. 6. Shred cheese on top and bake at 150 degrees (water bath) for 1 hour.
  7. 7. Take out of oven and cool slightly before taking it out.
