  • ¾ cup ( 84 g) almond flour
  • ½ cup ( 60 g) oat flour or 3 tbsp coconut flour to keep it grain free
  • good pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar or coconut sugar (optional but great for texture )
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
