Ingredients
  • 1 Epicure Pulled Pork pack
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 5lb Pork Shoulder or Butt Roast (cut into 4 pcs)

  • Buns
  • Coleslaw mix
Steps
  1. Prep
  2. 1.Prepare sauce per directions.
  3. 2.Place roast in large freezer bag. Pour sauce over meat. Freeze.
  4. Cook
  5. 1. Thaw overnight in fridge.
  6. 2. Place contents in instant pot on high pressure for 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute natural pressure release
  7. 3.Use two forks to pull roast into ‘strings’.
Notes
  • Serve Pulled Pork on top of sandwiches with coleslaw mixed with mayo and lemon dilly or lemon dilly coleslaw dressing
