Ingredients
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 T season salt of choice
  • 2 lb small red potatoes, halved
Steps
  1. Mix mayonnaise, seasonings in a bowl with lid. Add potatoes; close lid, shake to coat. Place potatoes on a greased cookie sheet cut side down.
  2. Bake at 425°F for 20 to 30 minutes, or till fork tender and bottom of potatoes are crisp.
