Keto - Dill Pickle Dip
Serve with Fathead crackers or pretzels, or pork rinds.

Carbs reduced by substituting sour cream for some of the cream cheese, and reducing pickle juice from 1/4 cup to 2 tablespoons.
I also reduced the pepper and added some cayenne pepper.
If you don't have Old Bay seasonings, a recipe is below.  You could also use ground mustard, smoked paprika, and ground bay leaves in its place.

Ingredients
  • ½ (4 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 tablespoons sour cream
  • ⅓ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (make your own recipe below)
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  • 2 cups diced dill pickles
Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, red onion, pickle juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning and pepper.
  2. Add pickles and continue mixing until fully combined.
  3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours and up to three days before serving.

  • 2 tablespoons ground bay leaves
