  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt, or according to taste

  • 2 tablespoons parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, or to taste
