Grilled Chicken with Moroccan Chermoula Sauce
Ingredients
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro (about a ½ bunch)
  • ½ cup chopped parsley (about a ½ bunch)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin (or more, I go pretty heavy handed)
  • 1 tsp paprika (sometimes I use smoked paprika to change it up)
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ⅓ Cup + 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Large Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 1 lb of thin (about ½”  -  ¾” thick ) slices of Chicken Breast or Chicken tenderloins
  • Low Sodium Soy Sauce (enough to cover the chicken) (regular works fine but can make for some salty chicken if you’re not careful)
